Jacques Very many thanks for the tours that you did for us last month. Our group were all VERY complimentary about the tour and the guides. They did not know the nature of the city tour we had planned (I like to surprise them!) so it was a great adventure. Thanks for responding to my e-mail sent to you. I have booked 2 places with you on the same day I sent the inquiry to you. I would like to compliment you and Amphibus, for their excelent customer service! After explaining to your staff that my collegue and I could not drink your sparkling wine, due to us being Jewish and not being able to drink grape based drinks which have not been supervised and certified as kosher, you staff member told us that they will try to get hold of some kosher wine or sprkling wine instead.

This is a very kind gesture and I will make sure that I will recommend your services to my other Jewish collegues, who sometimes visit Montreal for Holidays. Should your staff member not be able to get hold of some kosher wine or sparkling wine, we would be more then happy to simply have some coke or similar drink in a plastic cup. Thanks again for your kind and professional gesture.
